Authority
Authority is the explicit, versioned binding that says: this source surface is authorized to speak for this subject and predicate. It is included on the resolved and exact-state responses — there is no separate lookup route.
AuthorityBindingResultV1
Every exact state carries the authority binding that justified using its source. Authority bindings are themselves explicit and versioned — they are not inferred implicitly from where a crawler happened to find data.
What Authority is not
Authority is not a trust or reputation score. It answers one narrow question: was this specific source surface authorized to produce this specific state.

A public write API to authorize or revoke sources is out of scope — Authority Binding management is an internal, audited process today.
