Latest Reality Changes
The temporal ledger of publicly enumerable Reality changes — it answers "how has public Reality changed or been reconfirmed", sourced live from the public Change Feed API, never pre-baked into this page's build.
Loading the current Change Feed…
Change Feed endpoint not configured. This page is wired to the real,
unauthenticated GET /v1/registry/changes surface — it does not fall back to a
hardcoded or illustrative dataset. When a Registry endpoint is configured for this
deployment, this feed will show the real current public Change Feed.
Change Feed is rate-limiting requests right now. Wait a moment and use Refresh.
Change Feed returned an unexpected response shape. Rather than guess at malformed data, this page shows nothing until the response matches the documented public contract.
Change Feed infrastructure is live. No public Change events currently fall within the enrolled history range. This Reality may still exist in the Registry — public history is intentionally bounded by each identity's enrollment (see "Public history boundary" below), so an empty feed is not evidence that nothing is tracked or that nothing has ever changed.

Public history boundary
Publicly visible Change history begins at each Reality identity's active Registry enrollment — never necessarily at the beginning of AIality's own internal tracking. An identity can be enrolled today while its underlying Reality has existed, and been tracked internally, for longer than the public feed shows.
A row here means a real classified Reality Change — a genuine transition between two exact FactStateVersions, including an explicit reconfirmation when a new observation confirmed nothing moved. It is never a severity score, a risk rating, or an editorial summary.
